Creating space, being with multiplicity within. My practice, together with you, creates a space where you can explore physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. My values ​​are within transfeminism, abolition and decolonization work. It's important for me to hold space for and be with, while you explore your experiences. Thus increasing internal harmony, while we continue the path of liberation. I am a Level 3 Certified IFS Therapist, also trained with Intimacy From the Inside Out (couples IFS). I also provide psychedelic harm reduction and integration. I know it might not be easy to close your eyes to listen, feel and explore, we can also focus externally with words, movement, art, music, tarot. There I will be witnessing and giving space to experiences that seek to be liberated. My first language is Spanish and I provide bilingual services.
